Very clean hotel. The beds are comfortable and with a few pillow options. The a/c heat system is quiet and accurate. The hotel so sound proof I never even hear anyone in the hallway. When I’m in the area I always stay at this hotel.

We have stayed at this location several times. The location is perfect for us: close to shopping, clients, family. The hotel is clean, the service is very helpful and friendly. This is our go-to stay whenever we are in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights recently.
Very nice hotel.
All of the staff were exceedingly friendly.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well furnished. Nice shower.
Breakfast was adequate. All options are easy to grab and go.

Front desk staff was super friendly, understanding and helpful. Small problem with my room when I checked in. They made the switch to a new room fast and easy. Great job

I locked myself out of the room. Staff would not give me a replacement key.
Despite making the reservation, checking in with my driverse license, and paying with my credit card - the front desk accused me of not staying there and accused me of trying to trick her into letting me into a room. I literally had my license on me, the very license I used to check in, and was still refused and forced to leave.
I have never had a worse experience in my life.

We were very happy we had a chance to stay here because it was a quick trip for a party, we weren’t looking for fancy. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. However now that our son is up here and on their 3rd child I will need a convienient place to stay when we visit/help with the grandkids. The downfall, cash free is not for us.
